  1. Where is RX Physiotherapy located?
  2. We are located inside the Leduc Professional Building at 4721 47th Avenue, Leduc.
  3. When you first arrive, come through the main entrance and make your way up to the 2nd floor via the elevator or stairs, both will be directly in front of you once you enter the building. On the 2nd floor, RX Physio is the first door on the left – Suite 201.  Come in and have a seat in the waiting room and your physiotherapist will meet you there at your appointment time.
  4.
  5. What should I bring on my first visit?
  6. Bring comfortable attire that will allow your physiotherapist to examine the area of concern and assess your movement.  Ex. wear shorts for a knee assessment.  We do have patient gowns and shorts in case you forget but most people are more comfortable in their own!
  7. Also bring the shoes that you normally run or exercise in.
  8.
  9. What are the fees?
  10. When you book with RX, you can be confident that you’re getting high value for your money.  Our assessment and treatment durations are not only significantly longer than most other clinics, but that time is also 1 on 1 with a highly trained physiotherapist who is focused on YOU.  Because of this, we typically accomplish much more per session and require less frequent treatments than what is typically seen at more traditional physiotherapy clinics.  We use a whole person approach and work with you to create long lasting solutions so you can get back to leading the life you love.  We call it redefining your possible.
  11. Orthopedic Assessment (60min): $150

  1. What funding is available for Physiotherapy?
  2. You may have funding for physiotherapy available through your extended benefits.  If so, we can likely offer direct billing as mentioned above.  We do NOT offer funding through Alberta Health Services.  We also do NOT offer WCB (Worker’s Comp) funded services.    That being said, we would be happy to help you find an AHS or WCB contracted provider if you need one!

  4. What if I need to cancel my appointment?
  5. 6. Cancellations with less than 24hr notice are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.
